About the event
Learn the basics of wet-felting, the worlds oldest form of textile making. This is a fabulous introduction to a very sensory craft, suitable for beginners. There will be plenty of soapy bubbles, soft fibres, roll up your sleeves and rub a dub dub!
Tamzen, your tutor has years of teaching and demonstrating skills and will introduce the group to the basics of wet-felting, then move on to felting around a pencil.
Those that love Harry Potter might know the character Rita Skeeter- who has a magic wand pencil… each student will go away with their own – they are sure to have the best handwriting in class next year!!
