About the event

Come along to a talk with Cara Murphy, an award winning contemporary silversmith from Northern Ireland, as part of August Craft Month.

Cara will take us on her career journey, exploring how crafts people continuously strive to learn more in order to better their own skills and also share their knowledge with others. You’ll also learn about Cara’s different approaches to experimentation with processes throughout her career.

Cara’s work is held by private and public collections across the world, including commissions for 10 Downing Street and the Randox Grand National Trophies.
