The Clay Project: Summer Floral Pressed Porcelain

About the event

Join the Clay Project for a creative morning beside the sea exploring texture in clay using flowers, plants and natural materials.

The workshop will begin with a short walk to the foot of Slieve Donard to gather leaves, flowers, grasses that we will then use to press into porcelain.

You will be guided through each part of the making process to create two pieces of porcelain art.

Your pieces will be fired and glazed and ready to collect from the Ash Gallery in three weeks.

Tea, coffee and treats from Birch Coffee provided.
