Rush Rattle, Rope and Weaving Workshop with Sonia Caldwell
Attend Rush Rattle, Rope and Weaving Workshop with Sonia Caldwell at Skibbereen Library, North St, Co. Cork. This workshop will give a brief overview of doing craft with the common rushes that grow in fields that were once used for many things. We will make a piece of rush rope and spiral plaited rattle and Sonia will demonstrate making a small rush mat to show a project that can be done at home.
Taking place on the 19th August from 12-2.30pm, this workshop is free of charge but booking is essential, book here.
