Nowadays -Exhibition by Stephen Hurley
Visual artist Stephen Hurley presents Nowadays, a pop-up exhibition taking place at Creative Spark’s Downtown Hub this August, featuring a collection of hand-pulled screen prints and handmade zines inspired by his documentary photography, alongside a selection of the original photographic works from which they were developed. Exploring themes of everyday life, fatherhood, movement, and personal transition, the exhibition reflects on the changing nature of artistic practice through observations of local streets, quiet moments, and daily routines, while highlighting the tactile craft of screen printing and self-publishing as an extension of Hurley’s documentary approach.
