Raymond Watson Artist, Open Studio

Raymond is holding an ‘Open Studio Day’ at his workshop near Cushendall, on Saturday 1st August, as part of a craft trail, ‘From Cushendall to Islandmagee’ organised by County Antrim Open Studios (CAOS).  The trail takes the visitor to studios and workshops in eight different locations across the county to view sculpture, ceramics, jewellery, furniture, handmade books, textile art and original artwork and prints.

Raymond is a contemporary artist currently living and working in the Glens of Antrim.  He is an eclectic multi-media artist who works across an incredibly broad range of materials – including bronze, wood, clay, stone and paints – along with modern audio-visual setups and environmental soundscapes.
