Element WATER – Mindful Craft workshop
About the event
Join Riham Babikr for
four creative workshops in August designed for busy individuals who want to explore mixed media art, work on mental wellbeing and connect with like-minded people in the area. All over 18 welcome to come and explore after work or when the kids are in bed, no experience needed.
Reflecting on life is something we do not do often enough and this workshop is an inspiration to do exactly that. We will marble paper and then create a moon phase calendar. Each moon phase represents a different way in which we are reminded to take a moment and pause.
The 2 hour session starts with an introduction, short guided meditation, reflection and then we get creative. We have a coffee / tea break and end off with a final check in. All materials are included.
