Element FIRE – Mindful Craft workshop
About the event
Join Riham Babikr for four creative workshops in August designed for busy individuals who want to explore mixed media art, work on mental wellbeing and connect with like-minded people in the area. All over 18 welcome to come and explore after work or when the kids are in bed, no experience needed.
We all know what we are passionate about, but do we do it enough? How can we rekindle our love for the activities that bring ours souls joy? We are selecting colours to represent our relationship with our passions and create lovely colour banded dipped candles. Burning them should bring the sparks back to what you love to do most.
The 2 hour session starts with an introduction, short guided meditation, reflection and then you can get creative. A coffee / tea break and end off with a final check in. All materials are included.
