Element AIR – conscious craft workshop
About the event
Four creative workshops in early August designed for busy individuals who want to explore mixed media art, work on mental wellbeing and connect with like-minded people in the area.
All over 18 welcome to come and explore after work or when the kids are in bed, no experience needed.
Using your dreams, goals and aspirations as inspiration, you’ll create a personal dreamcatcher in light airy colours with feather embellishments. The 2 hour session starts with an introduction, short guided meditation, reflection and then we get creative.
We have a coffee / tea break and end off with a final check in. All materials are included.
