Demo in our Window – Meet the Maker
BY DESIGN – A Local Story is a collective of 15 diverse artists, creatives, and craft makers who have united to form an innovative network, where we can showcase and sell our handmade products.
For each Saturday in August we will have a demonstration of different craft disciplines in our window.
You will have the chance to try a potters wheel with Joan, watch a machine embroidery demonstration with Brid, make some earrings with Angela, watch different artists at work, Kerrie (watercolour) Jane (pencil) Nici (acrylic) and Andrea (silversmith) will work on her pieces.
