Join Us for “Crafternoon Tea” at the Museum Studio!
In celebration of August Craft Month, the Mountmellick Development Association warmly invites you to enjoy an afternoon of creativity and culture at the Museum Studio, highlighting the rich tradition of Mountmellick Embroidery.
Event Highlights Include:
- Discover the joy of embroidery together! In this hands-on workshop, adults and children will learn simple stitching techniques to create beautiful designs side by side. No experience needed. Booking is essential, as places are limited. Book your place by sending an email to: mountmellickmuseum@gmail.com
- There will also be a contemporary exhibition, which will include work by recently deceased master craftsperson Margaret Gorman.
