Learn how to process foraged fibres into broom bristles and then weave a couple of brushes all out of natural materials, then learn how to create cordage to attach to the broom.

On this course we will delve into the abundance of materials that can be used for weaving that grow all around us and learn how to gather, process and prepare them, such as New Zealand Flax, nettles, tree bark, bramble, iris leaves, dandelion stems and so many more.

The course is run in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and Nadine has over 25 year’s experience in crafts and teaching.

No experience necessary, all materials and tools will be provided.
