Ann McBride Studio Open Day
On Saturday August 22nd I will open my studio to the public, everybody welcome. It will be an opportunity to showcase my ceramic design work while also facilitating classes in design and surface decoration on clay. As an artist and illustrator the core of my ceramic practice is working with surface decorating techniques.
People are invited to come and see my work on display. If they would like to have a go at designing their own tile, I will be running two classes on the day. I will share my illustrating and underglaze painting techniques. I will also show how I turn my illustrations into decal transfers for firing on to my ceramic forms. Places will be limited so please book early.
