Visitors can trace the journey of techniques that have survived wars, migrations, and cultural shifts—each stitch and thread carrying the wisdom of ancestors and the creativity of modern hands. A standout feature is the emphasis on making lace making accessible to everyone. Through interactive demonstrations in Carrickmacross, Limerick,, Youghal needlepoint and Irish Crochet Lace, Stories in Lace invites people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to experience the joy and meditative power of lace making.
