A Stitch in Time
Borris Lacemakers will bring their amazing lace to the Inistioge Vintage Rally, Co. Kilkenny on the banks of the River Nore on Sunday August 3rd 2025. This is a fun-filled family event with events for all ages. It is a totally volunteer-led event with the majority of the profits going to the Carlow/Kilkenny Homecare Team.
Meet the Makers and learn about this unique Carlow craft. View our lace display, with lacemakers on hand to invite people to ‘Try a Stitch’. We will have copies of lace patterns available for younger children to colour.
An opportunity to purchase our Starter Pack with everything needed to learn the basics of Borris Lacemaking.
