Nestled at the foot of Benbulben in County Sligo, the Rathcormac Craft Village is home to a community of artists and makers deeply connected to the landscape that surrounds them. This August the artists and makers would like to invite to their group exhibition exploring how their local landscape influences their work.
The exhibition will be held across the Pottery Studio, Open Door Gallery and Outcrop design studio. Featuring fine art, ceramics, woodturning and layered landscape maps, this exhibition is a reflection on place and process.
From carved waves in turned wood to seascapes on slate, blue-glazed vessels to technical cartographic beauty, this exhibition is a chance to chat to the artists, see them at work and browse a wide range of beautiful unique pieces.
This exhibition is open from the 14th -16th August (12 -4pm).
