Fresh Leaf Indigo Dyeing Demonstration
Watch cloth turn blue right before your eyes — no vats, no fermentation, just fresh indigo leaves. In this demo we’ll use freshly harvested Persicaria tinctoria (Japanese indigo) from our garden to dye silk.
Watch as the colours change from green to blue in minutes — just like the sea in Ireland.
