Fused Glass Workshop with Eleanor-Jane McCartney at The Giant’s Causeway

Eleanor-Jane makes using Fused Glass, Tiffany Glass and Glass on Metal.  She will hold workshops on Fused and Tiffany Glass during August Craft Month and will be available for two Fused Glass workshops and four Tiffany Glass workshops.  You can learn or develop your glass making skills in either of these two techniques.  On 14th, 15th, 28th & 29th Eleanor-Jane will be teaching  Tiffany glass and on 21st & 22nd teaching Fused glass.  The venue for these workshops will be in The Boat House Gallery at The Giant’s Causeway.  A workshop with E-J includes a refreshment break when you can browse and buy in the Gallery she shares with three other artists.  A Fused Glass workshop will involve you learning new skills like designing a pattern or using a pre-prepared pattern, cutting glass, arranging various forms of glass, eg, sheet, frit, stringer glass and your completed piece will be kilnfired by E-J and available for collection or posting approximately a week later.
