Carve Your Own Ring | Wax Carving Workshop

Step into the world of jewellery making with this hands-on introduction to Wax Carving Workshop, led by award-winning designer Cara Sturgess of Loinnir Jewellery. In this relaxed and creative 3 hour session, you’ll be guided through traditional carving and basic smithing techniques to bring your own ring design to life.

Working with jeweller’s wax, you’ll design and carve a unique ring that reflects your personal style. Once your piece is complete, it will be professionally cast in sterling silver, with the option to upgrade to solid gold for an additional fee. Your finished ring will be ready for collection approximately 2 1/2 weeks after the workshop, or it can be securely posted to you.

Workshops are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six participants, allowing for plenty of personalised, one-on-one guidance. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some creative experience, this workshop also makes a perfect choice for hen parties, team-building events, or birthday celebrations.
