Smashing Mosaics – The Mosaic Artists Association Ireland (MAAI) Summer workshop with Laura O’Hagan
Come to MAAI’s one-day creative event with experienced mosaic artist Laura O’Hagan to make your own colourful, creative mosaic.
The workshop begins with a relaxed drawing session to generate original ideas for the mosaic designs. These ‘cartoons’ will be developed into mosaics using handmade ceramic pieces.
Laura has a large range of tiles which can be smashed and cut to form the mosaics.
The tiles will be stuck to a backer board and the mosaic design completed over the course of the day.
