About the event
‘Number 19 Craft and Design’ is a member owned and managed retail space in the heart of the Craft Village in Derry City.
For August Craft Month 2023 five of the makers invite you to diverse weekly workshops with the theme ‘Hearts of Craft’.
The final workshop in the series is led by designer Maureen McGhee, a master metal worker who will introduce you to copper repoussé. During the two hour class you will make a small design inspired by Maureen’s collection of cards and accessories.
Just bring yourself and booking is essential. Visitors to the city will be welcome as onlookers too.
