Learn How To Use a Sewing Machine

About the event

This workshop has been specifically made for those who are completely new to sewing, or who would like a refresher course on modern machines. Join tutor Naomi Whan to learn how to thread a machine, wind the bobbin and how to sew basic stitches.

By the end of the workshop you will learn how to sew a reversible tote bag. Participants should bring along a sewing machine (in good working order) with a spare needle. If you don’t have a sewing machine, make sure to enquire at time of booking and one maybe available to use.
