FOXFORD Experience

About the event

Learn all about the Foxford story, beginning with the visionary woman who founded the Mill 130 years ago to provide employment and empower locals.  They will weave their way through the next 130 years with some interesting stories and a glimpse into how the famous throws are made, still to this day, in the mill.

The FOXFORD Experience, short tours take place daily Monday to Friday at 10.30 and 11.30 in the Mill in Foxford Co. Mayo.

Accessibility

Disability access with parking close by and ramps. Lift instore for upper floor and cafe and accessible toilet.
Cafe on first floor serving an artisan menu and homemade cakes and breads until 4pm each day.
