‘A stitch in Time’ – Doll making

About the event

Drop into Mullingar Library and watch a master craftsperson Teresa Doyle create her bespoke dolls. The dolls are totems of personal narratives and are constructed from reused and reclaimed items of clothing. Teresa will share how she makes her dolls and where she gets her inspiration from. Attendees are invited to bring along small pieces of fabric, ribbons or buttons for Teresa to work with in the making of a doll during August Craft month.
