Tiffany Glass Making at the Giant’s Causeway

Featured Image

Discover the glass making Tiffany technique with Eleanor-Jane who will guide you through this beautiful glass making process.

She will demonstrate this style of glass making – a technique featured on Sky Arts ‘Painting With Birds’ Series 2, when she taught Jim (Vic Reeves) and Nancy Moir how to make a Tiffany glass puffin, which they now hang in their home.

This is a Make and Take on the Day workshop held in The Boat House Gallery and Studio, right beside The Giant’s Causeway.

Your creation will be as big as you can make during the three hour workshop.

The processes involved in creating a Tiffany Glass piece are cutting and grinding glass, foiling and soldering glass and you are required to wear closed-toed shoes and relaxed clothing.

Enjoy refreshments served with local bakes, browse the gallery of six local artists with an opportunity to buy.

To book, please call Eleanor on 07752315476 or emailing her at irishglassartist@outlook.com.
