Sashiko Stitched pin-cushion mini-workshop
Sashiko is a type of stitching which originated in Japan, it is traditionally white on blue or black, but many variations can be found. The stitching is based on a simple grid and a multitude of patterns can be formed. It can be used decoratively or for repairs.
No experience is required.
Full kit included.
Mary Palmer is an award winner quilt and textile artist based in Cork.
Class size is limited to 12 people
