This will be 10 hands crafts main August Craft month event focusing on one of our key members since we set up in 2015

Brian Lalor ‘Retrospective exhibition’ in West Cork Arts Centre in Skibbereen.

The exhibition on two floors of the Uillinn building will show a wide selection of Lalor’s prints, drawings, publications, watercolours and ceramics created over a fifty-year period, including work from exhibitions in Ireland, the United States, Europe and the Middle East. A substantial and very well illustrated catalogue will contain critical essays on the artist’s work by Professor Angela Griffith of TCD, Anne Hodge, Curator of Prints & Drawings at the National Gallery, as well as an extensive interview by curator and art historian Vera Ryan, concluding with an afterword by the artist.
