Nature Book Making
Create your own book inspired by nature – you will learn how to make prints influenced by the beauty of natural forms, places and the seasons.
With tutor Ruth Osborne’s direction, working with foliage, natural inks, watercolours, charcoal, fabrics and papers, you will experiment with mark making and printmaking to construct a concertina book filled with nature inspired images.
You can collage your handmade prints within your book to ‘tell a story’, like a visual journal, something to pick up and enjoy time and time again, or give as a unique present to someone. When you know the process, this may become something you do on a regular basis, perhaps every season or to mark special days out or trips away.
