Make a Teapot with Ann Marie Robinson
Learn how to make a fabulously unique teapot with the queen of quirky. Taking inspiration from nature, you decide what creature features your creation will have. Could it be flighty butterflies, bees, dragonflies or birds; sea or river loving fin-tastic fish; or land-dwelling animals with big teeth and even bigger feet?
Whether you have pottery experience or not, Ann Marie will guide you during the making stages, from teapot body, through to spout, handle, legs and topping it off with an ornate lid. When you’ve made a satisfying form, come back to your fired piece and learn about surface decoration using bright, vivid underglaze colours.
Your finished teapot will be fired for a second time before it’s ready for your collection.
