EMPTY BOWLS Cork

Learn to make your own sustainable home ware. Creative ceramic workshop in handbuilding.

Clay is a material rich in history and the possibilities for making art pieces and handbuilding functional ware is the oldest use of the medium.

This fun workshop is part of Craft Month and Cork on a Fork, you will be guided to create your own unique ceramic bowl. We will focus on our commitment to the International Sustainable Goals, 2: Zero Hunger and         16: Peace Justice and strong institutions

This is a 2.5 hour workshop.

We will start with a demo, all tools will be provided. Bring an apron if you wish. Your bowl will be dried, bisc fired, glazed to you chosen colour and will be ready for collection within three weeks.

A percentage of the fee goes to Doctors without Borders.
