Create an Irish Woodland Lantern
Anita will have a pottery workshop for up to 12 people in her studio. This will be a fun relaxed event suitable for all abilities.
Everyone will make ceramic lanterns. Each lantern will be decorated with imprints of native Irish leaves picked in her garden. Each participant will add the name of their chosen tree in Irish using Anitas’ wooden Gaelic font once used by her father and grandfather in their printing business.
After the workshop, Anita will fire and glaze everyone’s work and arrange for the collection of the pieces later.
Tea, coffee, and treats will be served. Suitable for all abilities.
