Ann McBride Open Studio Day
On Friday August 23rd Ann will open a brand new studio to the public and everyone is welcome.
It will be an opportunity to showcase ceramic design work while also facilitating classes in design and surface decoration on clay. As an artist and illustrator the core of ceramic practice is all about the imagery! People are welcome to come and see work on display.
Also if anyone would like to have a go at designing their own tile, Ann will be running two classes on the day. She will share illustrating and underglaze painting techniques. And will also show how illustrations turn into decal transfers for firing on to ceramic forms.
Places will be limited so please book early.
