The Belfast City Cemetery Restoration Project

About the event

Join Sharon Regan for a talk on the challenges and processes involved in restoring sections of the City Cemetery Victorian fountain, work which was carried out on behalf of Alistair Coey Architects working alongside the foundry MetalCast NI for Belfast City Council.

This talk will discuss the challenges of creating 2 metre high cherubs in clay using victorian photographs as a guide and the casting process resulting in cast iron sculptures. Find out more below!
