About the organiser
“I first learnt to crochet, whilst volunteering in a shanty town in Lima, Peru, 2006, from a local lady, for mindfulness and relaxation. I later completed a Degree in Textiles, Galway CCAM, 2014. I apprenticed with Master Weaver Beth Moran of Ballytoughey Loom, Clare Island, 2015, for nine months. In 2017, I bought my Louet floor loom, and in June 2018, I opened a shop/studio in the busy town of Ennistymon, Co Clare.”
