About the organiser

This event is part of the Alternative Kilkenny Arts festival.

“Liselott Oloffson, Aisling McElwain and Niamh Synnott opened the doors of Clay Rooms Kilkenny in January of this year.
We are 3 friends who met as Ceramics Ireland committee members and bonded over the possibilities of this most basic, but wonderfully malleable and endlessly versatile material…..clay. We each have a passion for what we do in our own respective clay and teaching practices and are excited to share this passion with everyone who walks through our doors. We strive for Clay Rooms Kilkenny to become a hub for all those interested in developing their knowledge and experiences of the endless possibilities of ceramic processes, while also meeting and working alongside likeminded people on their own journey of exploration with clay.”
