Bofin Weaves Exhibition

About the event

The Bofin Weaves Exhibition will be exhibiting handwoven items made on the rigid heddle loom. These looms, along with their accessories will also be on exhibit for people to view. Photographs and information of the island that inspired these woven items will be there for viewing and a bit of island history textile crafts. Catherine O’Connor will be available for any questions.

About the organiser

Catherine O’Connor is “a novice weaver…locked down during COVID…inspired by the island and it’s beauty. Using natural fibers…when I can, the creations are given a name unique to the island and its beauty/history…come follow my journey of Bofin Weave.”
