Basket Making Demonstration

About the event

Watch basket maker and artist Aoife Patterson weave a traditional basket called a skib.

Observe and engage with her about the work at hand and her interest in basket making. She will be talking about her craft, the materials, the tools, the type of work she makes, the history of basket making in Ireland.
