August Craft Month Exhibition 2022
About the event
Join us at the Craft NI Gallery to celebrate the August Craft Month Exhibition 2022.
This exhibition will feature some of the best in contemporary craft and aims to celebrate and profile the craft sector in Northern Ireland as part of August Craft Month.
We’re excited to announce that this exhibition will feature works from Andrea Spencer, Anne Butler, Gail Kelly, Jakki Trainor, Leanne McCormack, Michael Moore, Patricia Millar, Rory Shearer, Scott Benefield, Shauna McCann, Stuart Cairns and Sue Cathcart.
Special guest curator Daniella Wells will also be in attendance at the Launch Evening on Thursday 11th August (7pm-9pm) where we will announce this year’s prize winners.
We are particularly grateful to the former Guild of Northern Ireland Designer Makers (The Guild) who have given us a legacy gift for the development and promotion of the craft sector in Northern Ireland and have enabled us to award maker prizes, First Prize (£500), Commended (£250) and Emerging Maker (£250).
